Receptionist:

May I see your passport, please?

Receptionist:

2.トラブル

Guest:

Hello. I'm in room 305, and there's no hot water in the shower.

Front Desk:

Thank you for letting us know. Is this the first time this has happened?

Guest:

It was working fine yesterday.
